We use your information to run webinars and the program, respond to you, contact you about your registration or application (by email, phone call and, with your consent, text message), process transactions, send updates and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time), improve our website and programs, measure our advertising, and comply with the law. When we email you, we may track whether you open and click our emails so we can improve our messages.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels, web beacons and UTM codes for analytics, security, personalization and measuring advertising. 5. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the program (for example hosting, email, scheduling, payment, phone and messaging platforms, and analytics), and only as needed for them to provide their services.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, and to a successor if our business is sold or merged. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This applies to every other part of this policy.
6. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
